VAN HALEN's Live Album Live Right Here
Right Now

Van Halen and Sammy Hagar are at the
height of their career together, captured on CD and DVD
Van Halen Recorded Live: Right here, right now. over several nights in
Fresno California in May of 1992. According to Sammy Hagar the
brothers re-timed the whole live version of "Man On A Mission" and
"Spanked" so he had to re-record them in the studio for the album and
concert video. He was pretty upset about this.
No new
songs came along with the disc. The live DVD is spectacular, Eddie's
sound is spectacular and the For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge tour had some
of the strongest set lists of all Van Hagar tours, when you compare set
lists, song for song.
Sammy did
do live recordings of Roth songs including "Jump" which was released as a
CD single along with one track that was on the DVD but not the CD, which
was "Eagles Fly". "Mine All Mine" was not from 1992 at all but
instead it is directly from the 1989 Tokyo show that is a live DVD show
only produced and marketed in Japan. It is of course attainable
online and is well worth it.
